Q: Can I return personalized/custom products?
A: No. Customized items (with your own design or text) cannot be returned, unless we made a mistake or the product is defective.
Q: How long do I have to return a non-customized product?
A: You can return non-customized products within 14 days of delivery.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For standard returns, the customer covers the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or we made an error, we will cover the cost.
Q: What if my product is faulty or damaged?
A: If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can return it within 30 days and we will pay for the return shipping.

A: If the remaining value of your order falls below the free shipping threshold (€40 NL / €100 international), the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
