At Oulama, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If the item you receive is faulty or does not match your order, you are entitled to return or exchange it. Please read the following conditions and steps carefully:
1. Return & Cancellation Period
- Customers residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without providing any reason.
- In cases where the product is faulty or incorrect, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact and included.
- Trying on items to check size and fit is acceptable; however, extended use, washing, or any damage to the product will void the return eligibility.
3. How to Return
- Please contact our customer support team before sending any items back.
- We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to package and return your order.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected by our quality control team, a refund will be processed.
4. Costs & Refunds
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return shipping will be covered by Oulama.
- If you are returning an item due to personal preference or without a specific reason, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued in full (or adjusted if the item is returned in a diminished condition), typically within 5 to 14 business days after the return is confirmed.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items without their original tags or packaging.
- Items that have been washed or significantly used.
